The track and trace code sometimes does not give the information until the package is close to the delivery adress. This means it can take several days before the exact location of the package can be seen. We apologize for any inconvenience.

You do not have to return products that are faulty upon receipt. After all, we can no longer put them back on sale. However, you will be refunded the purchase price, including shipping costs. We only ask for a confirmation of the defect in the form of 1 or more photos of the product.

Order and pay
Placing an order with us is very easy. Click on the button 'Add to cart' at the deal you want to buy. You will automatically be redirected to your shopping cart. Click on 'Safe checkout', fill in your address details and pay safely with iDeal, PayPal, Bancontact or Credit Card. It is currently not possible to order by phone or e-mail.

Payment is free of charge. We take care of the costs.
The shipping costs for orders above 40 are zero, because we’re paying for it! Below 40 we charge a fixed amount of 2.95 for shipping.
That depends on where you are, but on average processed orders will take 7 to 21 working days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
At the checkout of the ordering process, you can specify the address to which you want us to deliver the package or envelope. This can be a home or work address. Always mention your own name.
